A decent hotel for a short stay
Hotel is located right next to the main road and very convenient if you are planning to stay near airport. Food and transport is easily available outside the Hotel. Front desk person is helpful and arrange cab/taxi on demand basis. Rooms are average with hot and cold water available in bathroom. I had to demand for change the bedsheet cover, which they promptly did. Restaurant is not available in house. They can get the food from outside and deliver. For complementary breakfast they have tie up with another restaurant, which is opposite side of the road. This hotel can be considered for a short stay.

Good Stay
Sky Park hotel is ideally located near Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Hyderabad. It's suitable for a transit stay, breakfast is provided at a nearby hotel which is under the same management. There's a fresh juice shop adjacent to this hotel and a few other shops, Bakery, ATM etc. The distance to Secunderabad Railway station is about 32 KMS. while the distance to airport is about 2.5 km. Sky Park is a medium range hotel, staff are helpful. Housekeeping is poor, and you need to request to clean the room or change the linen.

Location not far from Airpor
Location is not too far from airport. Breakfast is provided through a nearby hotel of the same management. Housekeeping is poor and you need to request every time you need a service. There's no regular cleaning or changing of linen unless you make a request and they may do it when they feel like doing it.

Poor Stay
The hotel's food quality was great, with great flavors but having a limited options. The property's location was inconvenient, far from attractions and public transport, making it a poor choice for travelers.

Sky park hotel is good for a transit stay or short stay. Housekeeping is poor. Linen used is very old and torn. The location is fine and near to airport, and 30-40 minutes drive to the city.

OK for a transit or short sta
family with 1 kidThe hotel is OK for a transit stay. Reception staff are helpful. Can't expect much from house keeping and cleaning staff since it's all done only if demanded and requested repeatedly. Linen used on the bed looks like torn and very old, doesn't seem to be washed well. Window glasses are dirty both from inside and outside, which are covered with curtains. Bathroom pipes are leaking and unclean.

the stay amount is not worth able ,break fast is provided complimentary. it’s good 👍. but the stay is average greaser not worked in the room i stayed and rats on sealing makes noises , maintain cleanliness
