Really enjoyed my solo trip here. Staff treated me well and room had everything I needed for my personal journey.

None of the staffs are organised, very very terrible experience, in the 1st floor there are some institute and in 3rd and 4th floor there is rooms, washroom is not cleaned, even after ask to clean no service provided. For the complementary breakfast, they are not give buffet service and in room service you can order only puri sabji or paratha and one thing. No complementry mineral water bottle, no toilery is provided only handwash in small washroom that to if you book suites room. Not reccomended, i presonally will never take this hotel again.

I found everything in this hotel. I was seeking for a family place where the stay will be good and my kids will enjoy. We all enjoyed this experience a lot.

1. Booked 3 suites, instead got random non- suite rooms 2. Drinking water chargeable. Terrible food 3. AC of one of the rooms didn’t work at all. Inspite of informing the management, no step was taken. 4. Terrible cleanliness. Bathroom had random empty alcohol bottles, tuft of hair lying on the bathroom floor, cigarette packets in the wardrobes. House keeping done after 2 and half hours and repeated calls. 5. Terrible quality of toiletries. Only 3 slippers given after 2 and half hours for 6 peoples. 6. Didn’t give any beverage sachets. 7. Water dripped all night from ceiling in one of the rooms. 8. No batteries in the AC remote. Didn’t take any action inspite of repeated requests

The experience was absolutely terrible, they charged 500 rupees more for the queen bed although queen bed was already mentioned while i had booked the hotel

Perfect hotel for work travel when staying alone. Quiet room helped me focus and get good rest. Staff was professional and service was excellent.

They were organized and staff was kind to children. Rooms were spacious and everything was well maintained.

Very inexperienced staff, were not welcomed at all, complementary coffee, tea, sugar, water were not provided, when asked they refused for same, complementary breakfast was available after 9:30 am only options were bread omelet/paneer paratha/aaloo paratha you can choose only 1 out of 3 options, we were having our exams and we had a talk with hotel staff before booking online, they told they will arrange breakfast by 7:30 am but on arriving in hotel next day they refused for breakfast first at 7:30 am but later they offered simple breads with sauce only, very pathetic, they don’t have parking space, they are biased towards online booking, room door locks are not working properly, no inner latches, bathing area is very small, power cuts are too much they don’t have AC power backup, the only thing you can do is charge your mobile, we stayed there for 5 days ,sometimes power cut was for very long hrs, overall they should be removed from your app

The hotel rooms are good and spacious. The service is also good. Near Dhanbad railway station and hospitality is best for my knowledge

The overall stay was pleasant and trouble free. Sometimes power goes off but that is restored within some time. otherwise everything was fine. room service is great and staff was very courteous.
