Too bad to stay at this hotel. Not appropriate to stay if no rooms are available on any hotels. Rooms are dirty with no cleaning & no good service.

This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The staff is rude, useless, and downright disgusting. The service is a joke, and the rooms are in horrible condition—completely different from the fake pictures they show online. The bathroom is filthy, insects crawling everywhere, no soap, no shampoo, no handwash, nothing! Even drinking water and basic food were not complimentary—they shamelessly charged extra for everything. While I was checking in, another family who booked through MakeMyTrip had the same problem—the hotel refused to give them the type of room shown in the pictures. The AC is broken and leaking, with water dripping onto the bed. The room smells awful, no freshener, dirty floor, red stains on the pillowcases, and the whole place is just unhygienic and disgusting. On top of that, the staff is completely uncooperative, refusing even to properly accept a digital ID. They don’t care about customers at all. This was one of the worst, most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Dhanbad.

When we asked about the room he said this is the room aapko lena h to lijiye ni to customer care pr bat kr lijiye.aapne paise muje ni diye h.There is too much noise I will never never recommended this hotel to any one.
