Review Of Hotel O Anandam Residency

The hotel had taken extra charges and said this is the not price that has shown on the application if the price is not correct then why should i and anyone pay extra charges... I had given 100 rs for this shame for this .....

Worst hotel on this earth. Non sense rules.

I will pay you advance of rs. 1398- but the hotel person also extra charge of rs. 1100-

Room was untidy. The room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheet and pillow cover are dirty. Used pillow cover was given. Many hair fell over the pillow cover. The dirty cover was not replaced even after it was noticed. Even after repeatedly asking for a towel, the towel was not given till check out.

I am highly disappointed by the management of anandam residency. First of all they ill treat booking clients, make them wait for long to get a room, they try thier level to give as worst as possible room. Some high light features of room they provide me are as follow. Smallest room with area square space is less than 6*6. No wifi. No tv. No ventilation. I request for proper action to be taken

These people are pro in extracting your money somehow in addition to what you have paid already. I arrived with my wife at the hotel and they denied checkin. They demanded extra cash saying the booking amount is very less. They also didn't accept marriage certificate saying they only accept aadhar for marriage proof. "sir, we don't accept govt of india marriage certificate" - this is what they said. I was so shocked hearing that. What should i bring then - govt of pakistan marriage certificate? i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

har baar extra paisa hotel wala sab se maanga, Par fir v machhar/mosquito bahut tha room me. Lights v 5 min in one hour kar raha tha. backup tha par dim hota hai room toh achha nahi lagta hai.

Actually i have to pay more and more money for the hotel whether i already paid to the hotel initially but then also i had to pay double for the same hotel when i visited the hotel for stay. It is an extremely worst experience of my life please refund my half of the amount otherwise i discontinue from makeup mytrip as well as i recommend all my family member and sources to quit make my trip

The room picture shown in mmt app was not same. Room was not clean as hairs of previous guest was all over the bed and bathroom
