Worst hotel experience in life... 1) No wifi, no television no staff good and dirty in room don’t go guys enjoy your time other best hotel

Stay was good, washroom air circulation not working and neither have lock in it. They lacked in basic starter amenities for guest. Room was decent with respect to price tagged.

The supervisor of the hotel was so rude and not well mannered, infact I guess he was drunk. But over that all things are well mannered.

no auto rickshaw is knowing the name Townhouse,nowhere the board is there. After searching too much the other hotel Surya is confirmed our booking .But I have booked for Townhouse. why this type of cheating. If you don't have room you should not take booking. During stay we didn't find any normal water in taps only hot water was available. no toiletries provided. So in the morning 6.00a.m we checked out instead of 12.00 and took room in another hotel. Such bad experience we never faced before.

Its was a great stay at surya palace. The rooms were clean and was satisfied with the services. Staff were polite and clam. There was a smooth checkin.
