The hotel stay was good and the food was good too but they are charging 45 for a 20rs cold drink and 35 for a 20rs bottle. The overpricing needs to be stopped.

Poor Stay
Maintainance of property is not there. House telephone, shower etc are not working properly. Needed to change room num 207 to 208. When I checked in at 09 AM, many rooms were vacent as I was given options to select. As mentioned in booking confirmation PNR that early check-in allowed subject to availability of room but I was charged 30% extra( Rs 450/-)

Please check your booking PNR again. It states that if a room is available, early check-in up to two hours early will be complimentary. The check-in time is 12 noon, and you wanted to check-in at 7-8 am, so you were charged an early check-in charge. We apologize if you had any other inconvenience.

We had a very good experience in this hotel. Our family liked it very much. The behaviour of the staff was very good. When we get a chance again, we will definitely come to this hotel. The food here was also amazing.

Poor Stay
The hotel was old and not well maintained, the air conditioning was not working properly and bathrooms are old and showers not working properly. Lacks general cleanliness which should be the bare minimum standard for a hotel .

Good Stay
It was a decent experience, although I haven't ordered any food but food prices were nominal as in menu . The complementary water bottle was expired but they changed it as soon as it was told . Washrooms were clean and overall it was ok.

Terrible Stay
Most 3rd class hotel to stay. Big size rats play within room whole night. service is poor. Reception response is very bad. Better to stay Railway station or footpath rather this hotel. Food is horrible

Good Stay
The location of the hotel is good.It's neither too far nor too close to the ratio station.All the staff members were good, and specially the room was very nice. The room was neat and clean.
