Food quality not better Pool in poor condition wash room not clean in property & staff response is also not good

Pathetic service ever seen in my life. Very expensive room rent but no amenities available in the room, they did not even provide basic amenities like tea cattle and tea bags, intercom. TV and WiFi were also not working. The body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty when I entered in the bathroom and after yelling on them a lady came to refill them. In the morning my friend was requesting for a tea in the room and the staff was emphasising to go to restaurant for the tea. For each and every request one has to call on the mobile numbers as they do not keep intercoms. They only provide 2 half litre water bottles in the room and if we ask for more water they charge for it. Except the location this property has nothing worthy and the traveler will face frustrating situations.

location is easily traceable even property is also good . suggestion. need some more entertainment activities only high no of lizard in every room

Room service not available only centeiled lunch, tea , dinner they are providing. if any body want any type of service in room they will not provide.

Very nice place to stay, food is also very good, a bit pricy, lawn and swimming pool access is also provided. 4. 5/5 stars

Resort riviera situated on banks of shivnath river in chikali durga has amazing location but the marine rooms are below average the bedsheet pillows are not neat and clean having bad smell. The service at reception is also very slow and mis managed. The security guard has turned off the mcb in morning 6:00 am of room m2 as he was not knowing that the rooms are booked, this was the class of mis management in resort. Cleanliness was very bad there spider webs in the washroom and the dustbin was also not properly cleaned. Nobody will visit second time there due such type of management.

Nice location, awesome food, very nice staff. I went with my family and enjoyed a lot. Only i had only one concern of wi-fi issue in the area we stayed.
