It was excellent to stay in a boutique stay. The staff was humble and experienced. The only which I want to improvise in the policy ia about complimentary check out and check in.

Property location is Prime at Durg on Malaviya Nagar near College and Railway station 200 meter area and food is awesome, in terms of facilities not that high as three star and over all good hotel to stay as corporate person or any family couple. Rating -4

Got bitter experience by staying this hotel. They made a trap for the travellers in their check in/ check out timings. They demand almost one day extra charges if anyone reached their hotel in the mid night. Not only that their service is also very poor. They do not keep neither sufficient food items nor varieties in their complimentary brakefast. They do not provide all toiletries as per their commitment. I really don't understand how this hotel treated as 3star category. Their 3star license should be canceled. Their service also very poor. No customer will visit this hotel 2nd time due to such issues.
