Stay was very comfortable. Stall is polite and room was neat and clean. Food was tasty.

Location was so convenient. Near to the railway station Durg junction. Food was tasty enough to take the decision to stay. Services were good but amenities are not justified as per the charges.

Property is congested, very poor service, they told king size bed but actually queen size bed, breakfast very delayed, no tea no water at morning upto 8 AM Food is very expensive

Will not recommend it to anyone . Flush was not working. First they told me they will change the room the moment i checked in . Then 3 days passed just they repeated the same thing we will do it do it and they just passed time . Exhaust was not working. They charged for dental kit , they didn’t provide any kettle and not even tea bag milk powder sugar nothing. And yet they say they are 3 star hotel . Pathetic is their breakfast only 3 items in which paratha and poha are common . Yet they say they are three star hotel . They are actually zero star hotel . Just a big and alluring building but do not provide anything and charge for even a a basic need that 3 star hotels have . Hotel manager is a cunning and bad person .

very bed experienced.very poor quality and poor service.lift was not working. room was very dirt and bathrooms was dirty too.

They shall do better in cleanliness. The staff wer courteous and good. They shall also take actions on complaints in a better way, though they did in some but some issues like smell in bathroom, exhaust not working. Till last day the exhaust was not corrected nor room was changed. But as everyone was soft spoken we managed with it.

Ac is not working I oder something which is in menu but he denied to serve I ordered chilled water they denied bathroom jet spray,shower water flow is very bad I m pay worst hotel

Room phone was not working properly, had to call reception using my own cell phone to order food or any things i need in the room, although staff was very helpful. Washroom issue as jet spray was not working.
