Front office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Have booked for an ac room which was denied as they have already allocated the room in spite of booking it in advance. Had to cancel el my booking

Was denied stay at the hotel

Was asked for extra money when I reached the hotel at middle of night. They refused to give the room otherwise. Asked me to call Oyo and complain to them. Had to find another place to stay at 1 AM. They accept booking but there is no guarantee of room booking this booking.
