I booked with breakfast inclusive which they denied and not provided, toiletries also not provided during check in no good drinking water for name sake they are refilling the water can with normal tap water room floor was not cleaned properly very dusty and sticky if I walk on bare foot not even cleaned after informing the staff also

There was power cut in property with no sign of get it resolved. Receptionist said owner didnt paid electricity bill so it wont be back in next 5 days. So now we have to run around to search new hotel and till now we are still struggling and waiting for refund.

romance excellent good washroom is good all okay but no mirror and no dustbin Other than that, everything is okay

Very bad not safe staff behaviour very rude late night they trying to pair tv with our room tv not safe at all they don’t even provide dental kid nor plate spoon glass as well if you ask to clean the room they don’t clean it properly they dint mop they dint tk the waste as well. This is the prove night they are trying to do. Nonstop harassing customers. Two guys are there both are rude n disgusting. This hotel should be banned. Women are not safe

Booked hotel denied check in, another hotel arranged but that is no way compared. No service, even towels not provided no cleaning

It was worst experience. Had done with 2 nights booking with complementary breakfast. We done the checkin afternoon around 3pm & after checkin we went outside. When we come back at night they give our room to stay some other guest, they are using spare key also. Whole night we wait for our room to be vacat. Not only for us, it was happen same with another guest also. Not providing Breakfast also, no housekeeping also. Also property name is display is different & When we reach location there property name is different. Horrible people who is managing all front desk. He is saying that he is property owner, no manners how to talk with guest. Whoever come with booking he use to tell them no rooms are available. I request you all kindly please away from this property bcoz if you come late night for emergency with booking they don't provide the rooms. Totally we had bad experience with this property.

worst experience we never had. after chekin saying there is rooms are not available, already all rooms are full. then we came early morning & enter the room, not provided complimentary breakfast also. they took extra charges 1300₹. the hotel name also different which is mention that hotel name is not available, there is different name is showing. overall worst experience 🙃.

The hotel was quiet, and the room was well-kept. The staff made sure we had everything in place for a good time.

Pathetic staff at reception, no proper amenities like toiletries in wash room, dirty bed covers.

No power backup. Spend in room for whole evening without light. No responsible persons at the hotel. A north indian guy is in reception and he cannot even understand basic english. Disappointed much with mmt option

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at amigos. Amenities could improve a little in the sense of providing drinking water bottles and coffee pot etc. Other than this, basic amenities like hot water, bedding, cleanliness are excellent!

During my recent trip to bangalore, i had a delightful experience at a nice, clean, and affordable stay. The staff was also exceptionally courteous, which added to the overall positive experience. I believe it's definitely a go-to option for anyone traveling to bangalore.

Rooms are fine. Amenities are good. Parking area is not there. For visitors sofa chair is not there which is a great disadvantage
