The behaviour of the hotel staff was not good, the manager refused to give me a room even though I have an online booking. After complaining to the customer care executive then he provided a room. Rooms are very small in size, not as expected. my worst experience I ever feel in this hotel.

it is a nice property for stay with family. staff is good and behaviour is cool and nice. location is good. rooms are very clean. specially bathroom is one of the best in this property. over all I will give 5 star to the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Radha O Kunj and had a pleasant experience overall. Stay at Radha Kunj was good, most importantly they take care of the cleanliness of the rooms and water dispensers are available as well, so overall its a good budget friendly stay.

Worst service, worst room and worst staff. Extremely disappointed the way staff treats the guest. They think that we are staying free without any money. They don’t give water for drinking and soap for bath. Towels were not clean. Pathetic service and will not recommend anyone to stay there. They should shutdown this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the property! The location was excellent, easily accessible and close to local attractions, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, the staff was courteous and always ready to help. I especially loved the food, had good variety. Facilities like Wi-Fi, parking, and room service were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

This hotel is very far away from Prayagraj junction. While mmt showing 2.4KM.from Prayagraj junction. Need for correction. There is neither food shop nor local convenience.
