I have pre booked the room before 7 days of my stay. Since I have booked the room. I went on the checkin day with family, surprisingly the staff says my room is allocated to some other people and there are no vacant rooms so we cannot accommodate, which is really worst.
I happened to talk to incharge on call, he did not care about my booking itself and he says you did not book through us which is not at all true.
Some how after waiting for long with my kid, they have provided some other room in beside hotel, but the room was very bad, no neat washrooms in that, we asked 5times to clean it he did not clean it neatly and no proper response
Totally it's a very bad experience, all my plans got changed in the last movement and imagine it with 9months kid its even worse
