The room was unclean, there were spider webs in the wall, the washroom was not cleaned, dirt & mud was too much

Room Was Not Clean & also very rude behaviour with us. Also Not co-operate with us for help. Thank you but I'll not book this hotel again

first of all the name of the hotel is still a signature hotel not formally. photographs shown do not match with the actual room. lots of tiny cockroaches inside the room. toilet was pathetic. the seat cover was not aligned on the toilet seat. literally neither ventilation in the room nor in the toilet. dirtiest room and toilet i have ever seen in my life. above all the response of the hotel staff was pathetic. the supervisor promised me to come back with some solutions but nothing happened. please let me know if need further assistance

Worst staaf support, suffocating rooms not for customers having blood pressure issues rooms dont have proper ventilation, ac not working, bathroom got no exhaust fan. Drainage problems, no mineral drinking water available.

I wish i could rate 0. Room had cockroaches roaming around. Locks not working. Wc was not fixed, could fall anytime. Water logging after you take shower and would flow to the room. The list goes on
