Great staff, great location. Food i did not try

The accommodation was neat and clean. The service by the room boys was very poor and there was no proper responses from the room boys. If we inform about the issues no proper resolution.

Good stay but hot water issue, price and staff are all good, apart from hot water all this nice experience

No food in the property and too much sound cane from another room. Waste of money. Waste time avoid

Service is not as expected and not good. Hospitality also poor. Parking is an issue and finding the location is difficult

Firstly the room are very spacious and as described . The staff are well behaved. But i must point out that the cleanliness and hygiene is not properly maintained. Bed sheets and towels are not properly cleaned. Pillow were very dirty. Pillow cover was torn. Food delivery is very late. It almost took 2 hours to serve our dinner.

Kitchen amenities are not correctly available. And cleanliness not proper. There are a lot of ants there in the kitchen area.

I had a decent stay at the sunshine suites premium at bangalore. The place is super clean. And the service is good. There are a few cooking utensils - a kadhai, kitchen spoons, cooker, plates, etc and also a fridge and microwave. But the room decor is not at all like what is shown in the photos. There is no lighter, the kadhai is super stained. But if you are looking at simple one pot cooking. It is reasonable. You have to remind them often to change the towels etc. But as i was busy at work the entire day. It didn't matter. Overall my stay was peaceful.

Sunshine suites premium is located in a prime area which gives you the comfort to access all primary locations. The amount you spend here is worth it for all the facilities provided.

If you are looking for a all time cafeteria then should be aware of the fact that they have kitchen far ftim this place and it takes time to deliver at your room. Also people at the counter have less communication skill so prepare urself yo treat it as service appartment and not as a hotel. Even management is bit busy and doesn't have a proactive approach to a problem but a reactive approach.

The property location was good and we reach there easily. The kind of service and facilities they provided was not up to the mark. The rooms were not comfortable. However, we did not face any issues regarding safety and security. The food was delicious. I met caretaker over there he was helpful but other people were not responsible. I do not want to recommend this property to others.

The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The staffs were cooperative and mannered. The rooms were relaxing and facilities were up to the mark. The breakfast was very nice, taste and variety also available. Highly recommend the property to others.
