The guest house location provided in the app is different from the actual location, not near to beach and staff present at the stay were asking ridiculous questions regarding payment

They have 2 locations or t ye up with other guest house hence they will change the location after u reach there. Which is very far from tito's even those rooms are also not good we are not satisfied

First of all the location shown on the map is completely wrong, the staff is very rude, got lots of trouble while check in, no cleanliness, no towel, soap, water nothing is available, no fan in non ac room and worst thing is room is full of termite on bed and door, 0 worth and disgusting property

This is the west guest house they dont have any manner and also denied to stay and also said your pament we had not got so we will not prove u rooms and also room condition are not good and no good screen lock was broken and taps are also not working after giving complete they are saying u leave room this type of behavior they have and waiting to costume for one hours and hours.
