It is stated that I booked the hotel "SUNRISE DESERT RESORT"( Dated 21.10.2025 to 22.10.2025 ) with 2 luxury rental rooms. As mentioned at the time of booking, we expect all amenities from your end.
But when I reached the hotel yesterday at 4.30pm, I faced a lot of issues till 7.30am, so I left the hotel & found a better option. You took 12 hours to respond to my 1st complaint, but I didn't get any response from you before 7.30am, so I raised a 2nd complaint to you & waiting for your reply.
Points are there:
1) No management there.
2) Complimentary welcome drinks & amenities are not provided.
Drinks are served with soft beverage options. No provision there.
3) Bonfire: As discussed with the hotel authority, it's for the winter season only & you assured for these.
4) Evening snacks: They served them 1 time, but it was very cheap quality.
5) In the morning, breakfast fruit items were not available but were mentioned in your amenities.
6) Room quality is very bad & there are no facilities there as per your terms.
Note: It was a horrible experience for us that yesterday at the time of the camel ride their person wanted more for riding, but we told them that the camel ride was complementary, but they replied that it was 30 ft, but there is no mention in your booking details.
Lastly, their team dropped us at an unknown point & left the place. Then we called the hotel 2 times, but no positive response was shown from them. We came to the hotel from a point 3 km along the road with my child below (2 years) & my parents (55 years).
In view of the above circumstances, in the future we won't book any hotel or anything from you.
