I had booked a room for 1 night and It was a nice experience. Initially the room's AC did not work, but the staff there were very cooperative and they shifted us to another room. Rest all was very good, and it would be a very nice option for family stay

very comfortable and luxurious. not crowded too. the staff is very kind, over-all experience was wonderful

Location is excellent, ambiance is good, rooms are spacious , amenities, staff, food good but expensive.

-Rooms are quite comfortable neat and clean - Staff was supportive and attentive. -Food was average and expensive -Matress used in bed was not comfortable at all it was very spongy don't provide proper support while sleeping. - They don't provide wifi in rooms

bed is small queen size to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. If you ask them a separate bed they charge. Food is very expensive.

Overall a good hotel and nice hospitality. Clean room and good food. Nice ambience and staff.........

hotel service right from Complementary food, cleaning, swimming pool services and any additional queries were satisfactory. plus you get delicious food too.

Property location and room was good. I feel the food was a bit pricey, hence ended up getting food from outside. Apart from that everything else was good. Maybe the kitchen services could be a bit more faster.

All good but you have to give access to pool table which was missing. I mean guest should have an access to it. As per the receptionist the pool table was not in use…. Not sure why

Located just perfectly close and perfectly far from the main Lonavala market, this place is a hidden gem. It is located in a lane just adjacent to the highway but Google maps will take you for a ride. Remember to take the left turn from hotel Emerald Inn from the main highway to enter into the hotel's lane. We had opted for the deluxe room and the room is adequately spacious. The property is well maintained and rooms are clean. The parking space is adequate even when there is optimal to full occupancy of the hotel. As mentioned, the location is great and hence all tourist places, both old and Express highways are easily accessible along with all eateries at the main market place of Lonavala. The rooms are well maintained and the property seems recently constructed. They have in house recreation activities like swimming pool, carrom, snooker and table tennis. The in house restaurant is a tad expensive but the food quality is exceptional. Combined for veg and non veg, the variety offered in house is adequate. However, they don't offer in room wi fi that's available only in the restaurant on the ground floor but all major telecom networks work well in rooms. The staff is courteous and in room service for both food and otherwise is prompt. The rate charged for the rooms is acceptable. Overall, it's recommended for a medium budget stay at Lonavala.

Good hotel. But food is costly than other hotels. Huge rooms clean bathrooms and bed. Good coffee enjoy time

location of the hotel main market Area of lonawala. Room's are good, clean. we are 2 family stay there for one day. brake fast included in our stay.. they provided what we ordered. hygiene and testy brakefast. they also arrange car service for us for sightseen...only one dispointing thing is there sweeming pool is not for all age kids... only adult can sweem as the it is very deep water level, small water level near they made but it is not possible to sweem. they also not having facility to control water temperature according to kids, they also not reduce the water level as we requested to them... all other thing is good...

Food was ok. However staff was not that enthusiastic. They were not aware about our trip plan. We had to tell them about complimentary breakfast and check out date etc.

Very good option provided by MMT... Hotel is decent and perfect for Corporate travelers.... Very much nearby to central market and public transports .... still Very peaceful premises. Rooms are clean & Bed quality is good for peaceful sleep after hectic working Day.

My stay at sunny treat was enjoyable and memorable. The combination of great location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it a worthwhile experience. A few minor improvements in the dining options would make it perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.
