They were providing swiming pool on extra cost and they will not enter over guest to our room and if we want our guest in our room than they will charge them on 500 per pax so it’s very horrible experience with this property

Best place to stay. supportive staff, high cleanliness. authentic food taste. well maintained property.

Rooms were big enough for us..family of 3 including child. Enough open space available Reasonable price We had lunch, food was ok Good service by staff. Overall it was very Happy stay at Sun Stone

We had a luxury suite room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Even the washroom was clean and big in size. They have ample and safe parking in case you are traveling by your own car. Room service is quick. They have a nice hygienic restaurant which has options for everyone and they serve tasty food, we had dinner there. The buffet breakfast spread has good amount of options like milk, tea/coffee, cereals, bread butter, 1 cut fruit, palak Puri & bhaji, mix veg paratha and curd, french fries and poha.

While the room and the stay was okay, the staff didn't allow to use the pool initially. And asked to pay extra money for using pool. This was resolved only after intervention from MMT. During breakfast(which was included in package), they were not able to serve the ordered items(from the limited options. That they provided)..

Unhygienic and too much noise till 2.30 am in the lobby and pathetic breakfast. Bath towel smelled likeit was not washed and there are bindi in bathroom that means they dont even clean washrrom after checkout of previous guest. On the name of resort they are just terrible.

Cleanliness was not good, very small reception and that too not well managed, managed by all guys and may not be comfortable for female guests. Parking is not proper. Though they took booking with breakfast but they don't have kitchen running. Overall "average"

Very bad experience for stay at here, no ac working in whole night, room service is also very poor, no any attendant take care of room service. Wo i will not suggest to stay here

Excellent hospitality. Neat and clean rooms. Big room size. Staff is helpful. Pool and gym are under construction, once they have it, it will be a very good option for family stay.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We can stay here and do jawai safari. 20km we would definitely stay there again. 5. A brand new resort and very polite and professional staff. Rooms are extra large and very comfortable. Staff went a mile extra to provide room heaters on request. I recommend this resort.

The hotel's staff and services are very good and fast. Also cleanliness is good in the hotel. I recommend that everyone prefer to stay at this hotel.

Only rooms were available without any amenities, no restaurant no bar. We need to take lunch and dinner outside.
