Property infrastructure is old as well as in poor condition. There was an absence of lift in the non AC building It was a very difficult situation especially when an old person was with us.

The service was very bad, and the rooms were also very dirty. They cleaned them for 2 days and when I spoke to their manager, he said that the Makemytrip take a high commission, so your room cannot be cleaned.

The property does not look like a hotel it looks like a guest house or a dharmshala. There was no geyser in the bathroom so we had to bath with cold water in winter season.

Hello, very bad experience. It's a pathetic property very old property. Washroom were not cleaned ,room were not cleaned. TV was not working it wasn't as per the photo. didn't expected such kind of property

Stay was average. Room was smelling. Assistance from hotel was minimal. Far from the nathdwara temple.

Good to stay in budget and parking facility was good, breakfast was also good near to shreenathji temple.

It was very good Stay, however they have to improve some quality in service. We had request for extra bed. They have only provide a single quilt and charge Rs 300 at the time of chek Out. When we compliant then it was told that they only provide this as extra bed. This was little pinching.

TV not working.. Charge me extra... Even they said they will not charge.. And the room they said they will take care but AC was not working... The location was ok.. But the second person other than jay was not good.

Hotel management is very rood, not understood your problem, The reception manager is very rood, he behave like he give us hotel as a free of cost, do not stay unless and otherwise no option for you.

Little far from temple but best part is hotel is providing free auto rickshaw drop for every Darshan, also the hotel provides parking facility, it has the garden and a small restaurant, food was homely made.

Very convenient to reach hotel since it is near to the Nathdwara entry. Hotel provides own free auto to reach the Shrinathji temple. Staff is very polite and room, service & food are good. Hotel booking was at a very much discounted rate by Makemytrip.

Very nice hotel, close to temple. The restaurant serves very good food at reasonable price. Don't opt for air cool room as the air cooler makes very disturbing noise. We had to off the cooler for having proper sleep

Room was okay but curtains were dirty. I had booked room with Air Cooler as per current season. The air cooler was making very big sound while running and I had to switched it off during night time, you can't sleep with that sound. Room service was okay, boys were not trained properly.
