There is only 2 staff. No lift is working. No towel available. Image shown for super deluxe room was not actual given room. Will not stay next time. Towel were given after 6 hr from check in. There is restaurant but not in working condition

familyThe location of hotel was good and it was easy to reach to the temple. The food was good. But, the staff was cunning. They charged me for breakfast which was free with my stay. They didn't had intercom phone working. And their tv was not having broadcast signals. They didn't have wifi. Parking was on main road. You can not call it a 3 star hotel with all these missing.

Positive point stay was good and hotel is close to temple. Staff employees were very co-operative and room was clean. Food was very good negative point given parking was far away from hotel and seem completely unsafe. TV was provided in room but no much Channel options.

Towels in the bathroom were not clean. Needs more makeover and up gradation of facilities.
Very small room. Drawers of the cupboard had bad smell. No proper facility for hot water for bath. Parking facility very pathetic. However, staff was very supportive. No complaint on food side.

familyIt is a newly built hotel. Good ambience and clean rooms. It is only 1. 5 km from Shrinath ji temple. Room interiors are good. Clean bedsheets and blankets. Clean toilet with toiletries - soap, shampoo and body lotion. Very co-operative staff. Car parking is on the road in front of hotel but not a problem. Also have restaurant at ground floor. Lift is available for going to rooms.
