Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware of Hotel Nand Vilas, Nathdwara! We had a terrible experience here. We booked 2 rooms The manager convinced us to cancel the booking, assuring a 100% refund, but later gave our rooms to someone else and refunded only ₹1,000 . The rooms look decent in photos but in reality have a foul smell, poor maintenance, and lack even basic amenities. Please think twice before booking

Horrible place. Extremely poor service

Staff is good but basic amenities are quite bad. Bedsheet and rajai were smelling, there was no glass in the room, neither any cup. It's not worth half the money

It is good property but very isolated to market and temple so it make tough for solo travel to rely on

No care about guest. Not clean up bedsheet worst housekeeping and no provide freshwater jug.

The rooms were clean, good facility to sleep and stay. The hotel is located on road location so easy to find. Parking space is not available so good to keep vehicles in any nearby lanes. Overall a good place to stay.

Hotel rooms are not given on time and also not give any basic facilities like tuwal, hot water and drink water bottles. If some one book hotel on the spot then he will give room but if you are book the. hotel is not empty and non ac or ac room are booked.

Curtain was dirty tv was there but channels were not available as recharges were not done by hotel. Breakfast was average but hospitality was good

Nice place to stay, cleaning is good, lift facility is not there, staff is good

Let me explain: 1. Very crowded and congested location. 2. No good parking. Only 2 or 3 parkings can be done hardly. 3. Room service was horrible, bed sheet was dirty and smelly. 4. Had to wait 1 hour after checkin to make the room ready. 5. Waited 1. 30 hours after we ordered tea in the morning. Overall, i will not likely visit this property again

Location is very good, room is very nice. Room is very clean. Staff is proud of you

Nice and spacious room, there are cockroaches in the room. Not having in house restaurant provides dinner and breakfast plan have tie up with resturant provides tasty and hygienic food but restuarant opens at 9 am who wants early breakfast not possible.

Room quality and service was average, good enough for the price when compared to other hotels in nathdwara.

Some disappointments con 1. No lift available 2. Tv not working in my room after complain also not repaired 3. Room service very poor 4. No 24hr hot water available 5. No proper parking available 6. No kitchen no food available

I stayed there with my family, we booked 2 rooms and before booking i got to know about this hotel and after looking through the pictures of the hotel and rooms, i thought it was great but i was wrong. The hotel service is too slow and tv in the room was also not working and we complained about this 3-4 times but they always made excuses and ignored and also they charged us for water, in every hotel they provide you with drinking water free of cost but here when we asked for water they charged us for that, also there is no wifi facility and power backup whenever there is power cut then you have to stay in dark and without fan and ac. In short i recommend everyone reading this to avoid this hotel.

Improvement required in terms of cleanliness. Otherwise good hotel to stay.
