While the room and the stay was okay, the staff didn't allow to use the pool initially. And asked to pay extra money for using pool. This was resolved only after intervention from MMT. During breakfast(which was included in package), they were not able to serve the ordered items(from the limited options. That they provided)..

Unhygienic and too much noise till 2.30 am in the lobby and pathetic breakfast. Bath towel smelled likeit was not washed and there are bindi in bathroom that means they dont even clean washrrom after checkout of previous guest. On the name of resort they are just terrible.

Cleanliness was not good, very small reception and that too not well managed, managed by all guys and may not be comfortable for female guests. Parking is not proper. Though they took booking with breakfast but they don't have kitchen running. Overall "average"

Very bad experience for stay at here, no ac working in whole night, room service is also very poor, no any attendant take care of room service. Wo i will not suggest to stay here

Excellent hospitality. Neat and clean rooms. Big room size. Staff is helpful. Pool and gym are under construction, once they have it, it will be a very good option for family stay.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We can stay here and do jawai safari. 20km we would definitely stay there again. 5. A brand new resort and very polite and professional staff. Rooms are extra large and very comfortable. Staff went a mile extra to provide room heaters on request. I recommend this resort.

The hotel's staff and services are very good and fast. Also cleanliness is good in the hotel. I recommend that everyone prefer to stay at this hotel.

Only rooms were available without any amenities, no restaurant no bar. We need to take lunch and dinner outside.

The service is awful, they don’t seem to understand what we are asking for and what they are serving…we had to wait for 45 mins for morning tea and coffee, the toast served was not even warm or crispy. The don’t have enough man power to handle the guest. We were to get complimentary breakfast, on the check out day, they mentioned that we have to go to banquet for the same… not coming back here at all!

Overall experience is good, staff behavior polite and room are well maintained and furnished new equipment and furniture locations also near tha main city and suitable for janwai safari

The location is very close to jawai, and also they help in arranging safari ride. Very good room service. Rooms are neat and clean as well. Overall experience - the experience was good and i recommend it for people who would like to visit jawai. Though the hotel has no restaurant they arrange food from outside as per request
