Terrible Stay
I booked sun n shades, pahalgam but when i reached the hotel around 6 pm, the receptionist told that they have not received any confirmation for our booking. After much hassle and upon showing the booking voucher, they said that we can go to a nearby hotel, brooklyn resort. They said it is owned by sun n shades, but that hotel was very small. The rooms were small and not upto the mark. Breakfast was pathetic and cold. We had no option but to stay in brooklyn resort. I want an apology and at-least 50% of my money back as refund.

The location, stay, their hospitality everything was amazing. I highly recommend sun n shades for people coming to pehalgam.
