The hotels not well maintained.

I had already paid for the booking via MMT. At the time of check out, the staff harassed female guests saying that they have not received the amount from MMT (even though we had shown the completely paid booking voucher during check-in). They wanted the guests to call MMT and get it resolved. This is highly unprofessional of the resort. Expect a strict action from MMT regarding the same.

The hotel was inside the jungle, very beautifully decorated and managed. The staff were very polite and nice to all the customers. Only problem cards are not accepted and food menu a bit overpriced. But the cook makes wonderful tandoori chicken

I booked it for three days and left the place after one day. One of the worst place I have ever seen. Poor maintenance of all the asset. Lousy behaviors of office desk staffs. This hotel should be removed from the list of hotels of MMT.

Hotel's location is good, a peaceful one. Though the path from min Road to Resort was extremely bad, once you enter the Resort all the complaints will go. So it's a really large property including Park and pond and a small forest. I mostly liked the natural habitat. And the best part is it is close to all the nearby tourist spots and you can easily cover up all the places. Staffs are good and food was delicious. Since the rooms are made up of wood, they need extra care and maintenance which was actually the reason it looked a bit faded. Only negative thing was cleanliness. Tea cups were dirty, bathroom needed extra cleaning and repair. Rest all good.

Overall the Resort stay was good. Food was freshly cooked and served. After evening, Resort lights were not switched on in the garden area which would have made it look more beautiful. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are good but food quality is very very bad staff are also untrained. Complimentary bf is very very bad. Poor quality and rude behavior by staff. If u can ignore food then it can be good stay

Though I had to cut short my stay due to medical reasons, the staff's behaviour and service is commendable. The care taken and the help offered is Worth mentioning. We are grateful to the person in charge, Mr Raju and the entire team at Sun City for their excellent service.

Getting quality stay in good price.

Stayed with family for one night on 15th August. Property is very well spread out. Food costs a little high.

I would like to appreciate the entire staff and management at the Suncity Resort Lataguri for their hospitality and service. Keep up the good job. The rooms were very well maintained and the amenities provided were really up to the mark.

Enjoyed my stay, away from busy polluted city, to a nice eco friendly resort. Pros: Ambiance, outdoor beautification, cleanliness, good food, friendly behavior and punctuality. Cons: Rooms need to be maintained more, door lock, fan regulator needs to be fixed and utensils needs to be cleaned properly.
