Very very good stay .... excellent behaviour of staff... and food is very good ... and the ambience of hotel is perfect in jungle...

The room was well maintained and spacious. Behaviour of the staff was very good. They were very cooperative and helpful

Rooms, amenities and also food was good and upto the mark. Staff were quite hospitable and helpful. Overall experience was good!!!

Had a short stay at dreamland & observed something talking about positive parts the surrounding of the resort is lush green & calm.The food quality is good including the complementary breakfast,staff were also polite.On the flip side the approach road is very muddy with no roads at all during rainy season it's a bit challenging to reach there, secondly the main attraction which is the pool is the least maintained with bird feathers & dirt all over it,there are no seating arrangements or umbrellas maintained at the pool.The AC installed on most of the rooms are window AC making it unfriendly for usage.Finally during any events like corporate/get together they blast loud music without taking in concern about other guests & i believe it destroys the serenity of such a beautiful forest area,I guess management needs to look into these areas immediately.

Good food, specially bengali food, fish items, booked room was good, problem was in bathroom, should check bathroom, comod and all.

"wonderful stay in dreamland, lataguri" the resort in lataguri is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with prompt room service and great hospitality. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the safari starting point, making it highly convenient. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with a complimentary breakfast that is simply excellent. The rooms are well-maintained and meet expectations. The only downside was the receptionist's attitude, which seemed high-handed. However, considering the new year rush and the apparent pressure they were under, it’s somewhat understandable. Overall, a great experience! i would recommend this resort to anyone visiting lataguri.

Mr. Arjun, the hotel manager, truly went above and beyond with his hospitality during our stay. He was incredibly considerate and attentive, especially toward my physically challenged father. Mr. Arjun and his team took extra care to ensure that my father was comfortable and had everything he needed. Their kindness and support made a big difference in our experience, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. My booking was confirmed but the resort denied about my booking. They told me due to sun-day their head office (kolkata) is closed they do not get any booking confirmation from kolkata. Online contact number is also inactive. Booking was very bad experience. Lastly they arranged a room for me.

Everything was really satisfactory except the hygiene in restaurant but the room service for food was very nice. Loved the trip.
