Hotel Dreamland,Lataguri

Nice big property surrounded by the green lush forest. It is also well-maintained which makes your stay pleasant.

I feel very comfortable at Hotel Dreamland at Latagury. Location is very near to lataguri jungle area. I am very happy to stay at Hotel Dreamland.

In one word, the experience was very bad. I booked my stay earlier with Dreamland and based on the nice experience I decided to stay here with my family including kids, but seems they do not know how to manage rush. It caused us a lot of trouble to settle with kids. First night they provided rooms without basic amenities like TV, refrigerator working, washrooms were not properly clean and that did not even look like a category of "executive room". Next day we upgraded the rooms, rooms were better but one thing I must say that the staffs at reception do not know how to behave with guests, after I made full payment as per the bill generated and checked out, they called me and directly that "Sir, you did not do the extra payment that happened due to room upgrade". I told them first not to blame me, I paid exactly the amount they generated in the bill. I still have the bill with me as proof and all the Txn details. I can show here. This property is not at all recommended even if you travel alone.

Rooms, amenities and also food was good and upto the mark. Staff were quite hospitable and helpful. Overall experience was good!!!

Had a short stay at dreamland & observed something talking about positive parts the surrounding of the resort is lush green & calm.The food quality is good including the complementary breakfast,staff were also polite.On the flip side the approach road is very muddy with no roads at all during rainy season it's a bit challenging to reach there, secondly the main attraction which is the pool is the least maintained with bird feathers & dirt all over it,there are no seating arrangements or umbrellas maintained at the pool.The AC installed on most of the rooms are window AC making it unfriendly for usage.Finally during any events like corporate/get together they blast loud music without taking in concern about other guests & i believe it destroys the serenity of such a beautiful forest area,I guess management needs to look into these areas immediately.

Good food, specially bengali food, fish items, booked room was good, problem was in bathroom, should check bathroom, comod and all.

"wonderful stay in dreamland, lataguri" the resort in lataguri is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with prompt room service and great hospitality. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the safari starting point, making it highly convenient. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with a complimentary breakfast that is simply excellent. The rooms are well-maintained and meet expectations. The only downside was the receptionist's attitude, which seemed high-handed. However, considering the new year rush and the apparent pressure they were under, it’s somewhat understandable. Overall, a great experience! i would recommend this resort to anyone visiting lataguri.
