We got a better experience during this summer vacation trip with my family members.

We had booked an AC room. The AC installed in the room was also very bad. It did not work the whole night. even bathroom not clean neither provide felicity as you mention at the of booking

We have booked the Non AC Room for 03 people and when we checked-in, there were no towels and soap. The receptionist has given us only 01 towel and 01 soap and he doesn't have the common sense that how we all 03 people can use one single towel for 02 nights stay. TV was not working in all the rooms. we have asked them to upgrade our room but they have asked a huge amount for this as compared to online pricing. Anyhow we have to stay there so we paid an additional amount on this. but they don't have the knowledge about service recovery. First night they didn't have an AC remote and gave the reason that the owner will give the AC remote later. We waited for the whole night but no-one came. The bathroom was too dirty. Taps were rusty. We even saw Lizard in the room as well. please don't go to book the room as per the pictures.

No food service, no room service....never book this. Not a bottle of water is available. After 2 hours receive some water in a used bottle.

Worst place. What ever shown in the photo is all bluff. No proper wash room, no linen. All to the core worst. Pls don't try this place. Its a night mare. not worth to stay. We vacated & stayed in a different property

It's hardly 400m from shri krishna janmashtan. Auto and restaurants are nearby at 200m. Hotel staff were very helpful. Good service and guidance provided by hotel staff.

pillows not washed ...old bedsheets Only one Mug for washroom and bath both...Senseless Management .

The location is perfect, just near Shri Krishna Janm Bhoomi and local mkt. I enjoyed this trip and the amenities and services are good.

Hotel location is very near walking distance to shri krishna janam bhoomi temple, care taker staff behaviour was so good and polite. The room is okay but the only thing is that there was no room geyser present

It's a good place. Rooms and toilets are clean. It's about 250 meters from janambhumi and about 3 kms from mathura railway station. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. However, some rooms don't have any windows. Ro water filter is also available to drink filtered water

i feel very bad experience in this accommodation. property provide common bath room., i have booked standard room but they provide common bath room not shop not towels. Hotel owener behavior not humble

room was not maintained cleanliness not good, tv us, geyser not available, charging socket us, room service not available. only they worry about checking in after check in customer is of no use for them
