Service is very poor . They said to provide extra mattress but they did not . Very pathetic service. Not had an idea abt this . Worst experience at all . Not expecting this . They did not priority to customers

Rooms were not as per description, toiletries were not sufficient, hotel was not clean also entry of the hotel is very bad

Washroom jet was not properly working at midnight we repalced it with another one it should be checked before allotting the room

There was no other option in the price range so we booked our stay here. Stay was average. Bedsheet had stains. Fine place for Bachelors but I wouldn't recommend for couples and family.

Bery poor hotel, too much water issues. I have been staying here for last 3 days and everyday I faced hot water issues. Staff will not do anything and they will just say keep the tap open for 1 hour. Better book oyo than here.

There telephone is not working, there is no dental kit, service is poor, i don’t suggest to any one to ho there

I stayed there for a day and the rooms were very nice also the cafe services and the staff service was very good even at the midnight! ambience of the hotel was amazing
