Safety was reassuring, with 24/7 security personnel and surveillance cameras. The staff were polite and prompt, but a bit more training in hospitality would enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, a decent stay with great potential for improvement. With better focus on cleanliness, it could truly be a top-notch destination.
