The Taj Studio Deluxe Stay Studio Apartment at Gaur City Mall

My experience is very bad....when i reach the hotel...the staff of the hotel already give my room to someone else...without take permission from anyone....we are waiting for minimum 1 hour at hotels gallery....for my room....staff of the hotel is very disgusting....and the lock of tje room is not working properly

Such a terrible room with no amenities. Staff behaviour was rude and was of no help. I asked for towels and shampoo at least five times but they didn't provide that. Rooms were stinking, walls were damp. The bedsheet and pillow were not clean. Such poor hygiene and pathetic staff. Will never recommend to anyone.

Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning was barely cooling, making the room very uncomfortable. Drinking water was not clean or safe. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, and overall hygiene in the room was unacceptable. To make things worse, the bed sheets and blanket had visible stain marks and an unpleasant smell — it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned. This made it very hard to rest comfortably. Not recommended at all, especially for couples looking for a clean and relaxing stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and basic standards.

The apartment was not clean so noisy as construction work was going on.

Condition of apartment, cleaning, required other items are not good according to price. Gas for cooking was not available.

This is the most pathetic option for a stay. First of all, the hotel lobby seems so haunted because of that under construction. Secondly, once i entered the room, the beddings seemed like someone just left from there. The floor wasn’t cleaned. There was no water in the room to drink. There was no dental kit and towel. There was electricity cut so often during the night. To top it off, the care taker whose number was given to me wasn’t picking up the calls. In short, do not stay at this place. You’ll regret it.

Dirty bedsheets, dirty towels, three lizards was in the room. Even the balcony was not clean, so much dust on sofa. What more you want

It was really a nice and comfortable stay at taj studio deluxe stay apartment. The environment was very pleasant and cosy. The support staff was very humble and helpful. I would recommend this property to one and all.
