Hotel is centrally located, nice & clean rooms & environment. Business visit, very convenient for all modes of transport

It worst stay there. There are no any basic amenities like dental kit, toiletries (shampoo conditioner. No napkins! and staff is not supporting

The hotel was good and staff too were co-operative. The food ordered used to take a lot of time. The rooms are fine but some are not ventilated as no window was there

Bed sheet and blankeblanket quality is very worst, dirty block colour and used. I asked hotel manager to change with fresh . After that they changed with fresh bed sheets. Coffee maker not working. Room quality also not good.

Poor overall quality of rooms, smelly stuffy rooms, poor ventilation, totally unhappy with the property. Only location is suitable for proximity to india expo mart. Too overpriced for the quality.

Had come for a unit trip. The property is amazing and food quality was upto my expectation. Will visit them soon

I recently stayed at Ace Residency and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff going out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great suggestions for local attractions and dining options. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a modern design that made it feel very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with good toiletries. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—just a short walk from major landmarks and public transportation, making it easily accessible.

HAD VISITED FOR A BUSINESS TRIP ENJOYED THE PROPERTY WILL CERTAINLY BOOK IT AGAIN FOR MY NEX TRIP IN OCTOBER OR NOV

The accommodations provided were not commensurate with the 1500 price point, and makemytrip charged me over 5000. The quality of the room, service, and food were all subpar. Furthermore, i had concerns about my personal safety while staying there. When i brought these issues to the attention of mmt, they failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.

The things shown in mm t portal is not match with reality. I am not satisfied with stay facility. Ac is also not working

It is a very bad and worst hotel. services are very bad, food quality is not good. they have taken booking for ACE prime hotel and shifted all guests to Oyo type ACE iconic.

My many thanks goes to duty manager mr vinod kumar during my stay in the hotel, this good manager stayed on always readiness during 24 hours and helped me with everything, food, water, even arranging cars with sincerity and friendship and invites meto come hishotel again in delhi, i will

There are bad quality of rooms and also service of staff delayed, kitchen area is so worst and food is also worst

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen all over India. This hotel is located in automobile area and a big drainage In front of hotel. Hotel rooms are very small, bathroom is worst you can’t even take shower. Rooms are not maintained well everywhere you can see dust, webs (jaado, wet smell. Staffs are very lazy if you ask for water he will take minimum 30 mins. Coming to price part it worth only Rs 800-1000 but they are charging more like a 3 star hotel. Please don’t book this hotel by seeing the photos it is not like what they have posted.
