Everything was good but they charge extra 500 rupees for 1 hr late checkout even i did checkin in midnight.

Sir thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. Our hotel's standard checkout time is 10:00 AM whereas your checkout was done at 1:30 PM which is a delay of 3.5 Hours and we had also given you multiple reminder calls on the landline regarding the checkout.

Money well spen
The location was a great place, no idiotic sound of traffic , the room was clean , the amenities were available as promised and the hotel staff was cooperative. the view from the restaurant at night is mesmerizing.

The Crown Prince Hotel. Absolute best place to stay. Clean Rooms, Well Maintained and one of the best places to stay in Greater Noida. Also the staff is very cooperative, especially the guys at the desk. Very helpful and supportive to outsiders. Great place to stay!

Average Stay
It was an average hotel. Service was ok as the staff was very limited, In cafeteria only 2 person was there they are doing there best. breakfast has Limited options, food was okay. Location was ok.

Poor Stay
The hotel's location is good with respect to expo. But service is poor. The air conditioner was not working in our room. Room was changed. After one day in the new room, we were shifted to another room because they wanted to paint the room. This is outrageous. Again we were shifted to another floor. This forced us to pack and unpack 3 times in 5 days. The tv internet connection was very poor. We couldn't watch any program without a lot of interruptions. Overall a bad experience. The hotel also charges 2. 5 percent extra for payment by credit card
