Dirty rooms no water in bathroom and very bad service staff is not supporters and hotel manager is very rude this property not good in family and friends i have not suggest anybody stay in hotel 211

It is a very bad experience very bad rooms are very dirty and hotel management is very rude not a compatible and not a friendly i have suggest nobody book this stayplace121 hotel and rooms very very bad experience is hotel manager is very rude and bad language

I stay for 1 day and i feel comfortable and also the staff is very nice and sweet

The rooms were not clean, bedsheets were dirty, kitchen was infested with cockroaches, water had bad taste that i got diarrhoea, there was continuous power cut, asked for blanket but they never gave blankets, asked for mattress which was included, it was not available as well

Rooms and corridors were smelly, AC was not working, dirty linen and room fixtures. Had to get the linen changed 3-4 times. Got dusting done on front of me. No power back up and once there is no electricity, water also also not available in taps. was there in gurgaon for 7 days business visit but had to check out the very first day in the morning at 6am because of such worst experience. Would not at all recommend to anyone.

The property is very unhygienic and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Food was good and was of decent price. The rooms are not maintained properly. The floor had cracks in the corners. The balcony was full of dust and leaves.

it is old Oyo Town house property. Check in was ok, but cleanliness was poor as found hair on bed and flooring. Room has poor lighting. Food was average. Good point was hot water facility was 24 hrs considering cold climate.
