terrible experience - extremely disappointing stay! i recently booked a two-night stay and i must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. the property was incredibly badly managed from the moment we arrived, it was clear things were not right. no caretaker was available to assist us, and the hygiene conditions were appalling. there were insects and cobwebs scattered throughout the villa, making it feel completely uninhabitable. to make matters worse, construction or maintenance work was happening in the very villa we were staying in! the constant hammering noises made it impossible to get any sleep. how is this even acceptable in a place people are paying to relax? the second day was a disaster—there was no water! after complaining, it took over an hour for the issue to be resolved, only to have muddy water flowing from the taps and shower, which was completely unusable. this was an extremely bad experience, for the price we paid, this place wouldn’t even qualify as a 2-star property. absolutely disappointed and angry—avoid this place at all costs!
