The stay is excellent because of how excellent Debashish is. He is very responsible, pleasant and attentive in overall service. Tea coffee is excellent but food could be better.

Good Stay
Room is neat and well maintained . It’s a family friendly Home stay. We haven’t received stayed during weekends , rent quoted by makemy trip is bit high range for this room ( we felt as we paid almost double amount ).

Excellent service at zodua
Good location considering it is close to bhusi dam and tiger's point. Excellent service at hotel. Polite and helpful staff.

Family trip to lonavala
familyDebasish is wonderful host. He gave us proper guidance about where to go. Subhash the caretaker is very co- operative and helpful. The property is very close to bhusi dam but inside a small lane. There are space for car parking. Rooms were clean with hot water facility. The experience was excellent. It is suggested to have water kettles in each room.

soloRoom is super clean even all the the amenties were functional, caretaker did his job very well. Parking area is limited

Excellent Stay
familyThe stay was good and staff was so supportive. Couple suggestions. 1. Food menu is limited and standard through out your stay. So you may end up having same food if you stay for more time. I hope they can work on this. 2. The corridor can have ceiling fans which will help the guests to have a good time during breakfast lunch or dinner 3. Water pressure in washrooms is poor. This needs to be worked out. 4. No atms within kms range. Better to carry cash. All in all, it's a decent place to stay.

Excellent Stay
Excellent hospitality by suhas and food was awesome with delicious non-veg food cooked for us. Rains were awesome there. Pleasent climate.

Stay was affordable but food was expensive
Nice stay close to tourist attraction. Service was good. Food was quite expensive. There was power cut in the morning hence i didn’t get hot water.

Place is good clean. Walking distance from the dam. Owner and staff are really helpful. Food is nice. Car parking is also available

The stay with zodiac was great. The care taker sub-as was a amazing person. He got lots of patience and his humbleness is great. I would recommend my friends for a stay here and it's a great place to stay.
