Very bed, consisted and dirty rooms

Not upto the mark as i t kink after going through pics available while booking

Bad experience room was very dirty no cleaning bad smeell feel in room room cleaning staff also drinked no food available

We had requested for pure- check- in which was not provided, even there was no waiting hall reception where one can sit or use washroom. Plaster/paint on walls and roof was peeled off due to seepage, poor maintenance of room, unhygenic, lots of mosquitoes and insects were there in the room due to seepage, uncovered dustbin inside room, dirty door mate. We requested for mosquito repallent but was not provided. No toiletries were provided except one small soap. Booked one room for three adults with one extra mattress but the room was too small for laying extra mattress, we had to sleep tightly on one bed. No proper lighting outside the room no. 107 allotted to us. Really a horrible experiance staying in the property. It is not value for money.

Its very smelling room not safe room

The rooms are extremely small, the owner wouldn't consider late check-out request even though he had empty rooms. I checked in at 10pm. Rooms are extremely small, i took standard room. The room has no window or no proper exhaust facilities, the exhaust opens into a gallery which is connected with other rooms. The way to reach rooms is terrible, small stairs which could hardly fit in the luggage, plus open stairs outside the building promises to reach the room. Do not go for this until there is no other option.

Overall it was a good experience. Location is the main key and every place was accessible from this point. Market is very near from hotel. Also hospitality was really great. Only few mentioned things like terrace and balcony was not there. And in the end this was a good experience and i would like to come back again.

We had a great christmas here as we got snowfall and enjoyed from hotel itself. Staff team is quite good and the best part is location, in mid of market. Only thing you need to take care is of food as they have very limited option but overall good stay.

The hotel is in shabby condition not like the one in the picture. Paint are worn out. No wi-fi connection is provided. The hotel is hard to find if you are coming for the first time. The hotel staffs are cordial and frankly. The breakfast was horrible. It's way too costly.

The hotel is roughly 500 meter from Christ church and has good facilities for food around it. The rooms are small and clean with basic facilities. Since it is a bnb don’t expect the facilities of a hotel. It is apt for solo and couple travellers not for family due to the size of the rooms.

Location wise it is one of the best. Rooms are little small. Footmats required outside bathroom.

The room was nice, geyser was not working properly, the photos added to MMT of the terrace and balcony is fake, the hotel has no balcony nor the terrace. Breakfast was good. At the last, good stay.

The locality was different from the Google map. The property was very clean. Only the rooms were very small and there was no ventilation. It felt suffocated. Only the locality should be changed. Overall the stay was good.

The stay was good. We were on the family stay and no issues have been faced inside. Property is good to stay. Only there is no proper parking area on the property and I will suggest setting a proper parking area for the customer. Rest everything was nice. The nice Room, with a window and the hill view, can be enjoyed. Facilities were nice, the property was neatly maintained and safe too. I can recommend this property to others.
