The resort is easy to access — it’s not far from the main road or Chikmagalur city, and car parking is available. The swimming pool was also nice and well maintained. However, my experience with the stay was disappointing. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned, and I even noticed cockroaches. The bedsheets looked dirty, and the balcony leaked when it rained. The overall property area is quite small, with hardly any space to walk or play. Considering the facilities and maintenance, I don’t feel it was worth the amount charged. There’s definitely scope for improvement, especially in cleanliness and upkeep.

The room was good and the location is good. But the service is not good. There were no towels and toiletries in the room. No hot water. Ac wasn’t working. If they focus more on service , the resort is an excellent place to stay

Loved our stay at Hidden Valley! The views were absolutely stunning and the place is surrounded by greenery everywhere you look. Super peaceful and refreshing. Big shoutout to Arun who was available to help with everything we need. I would really appreciate the manager, Alwyn, who dropped by to check if our stay was comfortable- really friendly. would definitely go back!!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had one of the worst experiences ever with this property and its management. Despite having a valid confirmed booking, I received a call from the property manager at 11:30 AM — just half an hour before my scheduled check-in — informing me that they wouldn’t be able to offer the room due to their so-called “personal issues.” To make matters worse, they pressurized me to cancel the booking before 12:00 PM and suggested alternative options that were not only inconvenient but also demanded an additional ₹4000 on top of the original booking amount. I had travelled all the way from Bangalore with my family, and because of this last-minute cancellation, I was forced to look for other resorts, where prices had surged heavily due to limited availability. What was meant to be a peaceful holiday turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. I strongly urge fellow travelers not to trust the outdated positive reviews on Google. What they offer now is far from what’s promised online. Their attitude towards guests is careless, unprofessional, and downright irresponsible. If you’re planning a family trip or looking for a hassle-free, peaceful stay — better avoid this property altogether. Customer service and guest satisfaction clearly mean nothing to them — you and your family deserve better. Also, if you ever face a situation like this, MMT (MakeMyTrip) support will definitely assist you better. Don’t hesitate to raise it with them — they’re far more reliable than the property’s own management.

Property is not the same as shown in the pics. Not much of options in food and most of the no power. No one came to clear the room.

The owner of the property was very ill-behaved,worst and rude behaviour,Service and facilities promised were worst and opposite to what was told,Very unprofessional and completely unethical and inhuman,Not recommend to anyone

The service was extremely bad, photos create a delusion of the property being spacious, which is not. Couple rooms are with no air conditioners (preferable to have air conditioners)

The rooms and rates are very good compared to others near by. Was neat, peaceful, had friendly owner, staffs and was convenient. Didn't find much to complaint about.

The stay was very bad. The property was under construction, full of dust. No proper kitchen. Coffe was not included in breakfast. No manager, nothing. Just one care taker who did not know what he was doing. Very bad experience

Rooms were conjusted, and even no water bottles, drinks and towels were provided for payed money, and they do not maintain even swimming pool accessories as tgey mentioned in swimming pool rules list

Nice pool and camp fire was provided for free. Rooms are comfy and spacious but there is a bad smell due to sewer outside balcony. After persistent requests, they closed the sewer. Expect that everything is good

Nice experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly, food was very tasty and the property was clean.

Excellent place to stay in ckm. Highly clean rooms with smart tv, lovely pool and home made like food. Mr. Harish and the team ensured we were most comfortable at every time. It was our first visit to ck m as a family and we loved the place. It is situated perfectly at a location just before the hilly region and after ck m city. So you can access everything like zomato, swiggy, etc and reach the city in 5 mins. Also drive to the tourist spots easily. Will definitely come again to stay here. Sad we didn’t book to stay here for more days
