Review Of PC's 2 BHK Serviced Apartment

The property is satisfactory, though it features only one shared bathroom. Additionally, the room is rather compact. However, the available facilities are acceptable. Parking is available for only one car. No shower available in bathroom.

The stay was well maintained and near to the market. The host was very friendly and helpful. Value for money

the place is centrally located. it's all 2bhk apartment bu the toilet is shared. since I went with my wife and daughters it was a huge gap in comfort for us. hence I had to shift to another place immediately the owner was kind to offer some alternates but that didn't work for us. I should have checked more on the property before booking. cleanliness could have been better and the parking is limited

property location was excellent. it is at city center (Just beside the bus stand). Good for food, shopping etc..

The property was good and it was in very nice location and the care taker was helpful. One sad part was the bathroom..which was not very clean and bed was not very comfortable and utensils were not clean..apart form that everything was nice..and comfortable..

Property is good, all required things like RO water, electric stove for cooking, small fridge, hot water were there. Only one concern is the room sizes, bedroom sizes were too small. Oral experiences, really good.

Located close to the KSRTC bus stand but away from noise. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable, with an induction and mini fridge in kitchen, and a water heater in the bathroom. Location serviced by food delivery apps. Overall a great place to stay if you are spending multiple days in Chikkamagaluru.

The location is good, within the city near the main area, walkable from the bus stand. all basic amenities are provided. service is good, they allowed us to keep luggage in the common. some things can be improved like there was no hanger in bathroom and shower in not present. geyser capacity is also less overall good

It was an excellent stay at the heart of the city, overall a comfortable experience.

The stay and the rooms are great. The rooms are clean and well maintained l. The toilet is very clean . They were given all the best needed things to stay comfortably. But I have one suggestion please clean the plates after guest check-out because the plates have oiliness on them. Or provide small soap for cleaning the plates. Otherwise the accommodation is very good.

It was a good cozy home stay . Just a little more cleanliness would be appreciated.

Very average 2 bhk, okay to stay for a night or so. Too many mosquitoes, got all out after asking 3 times
