I had booked this property for group of 10 friends! The house is very well maintained with all the required amenities including power backup and Wi-Fi as well. The host Mrs.Chethana was very friendly and also very kind to give a tour of the house in case if I had any concerns regarding the amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for the group stay in Thirthahalli.

The apartment is located in the centre of the town next to the main road. It is inf-act proper 3 bedroom apartment on first floor. The owner couple stay in the ground floor and they have a cloth shop in the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has good quality tiles and fittings. The sofa and bed also neatly maintained. They give the complete flat to one family as there's only one common bathroom and toilet. The rooms don't have attached bathroom. Hence one family with children may stay. Depending on the number of rooms you occupy, they will charge. Other bedrooms will be kept locked by them. The kitchen has stove and utensils. The refrigerator has milk tea coffee powder are provided. It is really convenient to have good coffee and tea whenever you want. One gas cylinder is fitted for gas stove and also gas geyser. Plenty of hot water is really a pleasure in the cold rainy season. The apartment being on first floor, difficult to carry the luggage. You have to have a good driver to oblige. They don't have any servants. The apartment located on busy road, doesn't have a car parking. You have to search for a parking. Only after 2100 hrs you may park on the road. All restaurants are nearby and convenient. The owner couple are very good and look after minor problems. It was a memorable and happy stay for us. We were two and occupied one room and the entire house. Good thing is, they don't give it to second family.

Location is good. It is centre to many tourist places. Home was clean and comfort. For family stay with the kids, this is a good option. Restroom was not comfortable. Other than that, everything was good.
