Average Stay
We booked the Lavender Room, which unfortunately wasn’t ideal for couples it might suit bachelors better. The property does offer other categories of rooms that are more couple-friendly, and in hindsight, we wish we had chosen one of those. The location is quite far from most of the main tourist spots in Chikmagalur. Only Bhadra Tiger Reserve and Hirekolale Lake are nearby. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by scenic views and nature, this is a good option. The property is nestled within a coffee plantation, making it perfect for relaxation and unwinding in a mature, serene environment. Just a tip if you’re booking here as a couple, consider choosing one of their other room categories for a more comfortable experience

If you love nature, this is the best place. safe for family. Huge property. You will feel like home. Very comfortable. Good staff. Delicious food. The Main building is like an Heritage. Well maintained. Just be there and relax. Enjoy plantations, birds sounds, natural spring water flows through the property. Enjoy boating, Zip line.

very peaceful, simple, beautiful place to stay, unwind, relax, roam for a trip with family. this was an ideal place for us, in the midst of half jungle, half coffee estate with a variety of fruit trees. this resort has simple food, simple and elegant service, homely environment, nice place for kids - play area, boating, zip line, a lot of places to go around. Recommended for families

overall a pleasent stay
chandramukut was a very pleasent stay. the property encompasses vibrant greenry with surreal sunset views. the lake within the property offered free boat rides which was cherry on the cake. one thing the resort can improve on is the food service. they dont offer phones to place order instead we had to send whatsapp messages to the caretaker

What can i say. the entire place was very beautiful. A resort amidst coffee plantation.. many spots within the resort itself. complimentary breakfast was good.. Resort has boating and zipline too.. Great for photos and the experience in itself.. beautiful houses as well.. a bit far from Chikmagalur city but worth it.. the staffs were very hospitable.. Afnan and Rajendra really helped us plan our trip also.. Kudos to them.. I would love to visit again sometime with my friends too.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Chandramukuta Resort, Chikmagaluru. The place is serene and the dome where we stayed was excellent with great view of the nature around. The resort is a perfect getaway for a relaxation. The food was tasty, home-style, and very reasonably priced. What made the experience even more special was the warm and friendly service. It felt like home away from home. A special mention to Ajay, Resort Manager. We felt Ajay is a thorough hospitality professional, extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive to every guest’s needs. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The support staff - the three boys and kitchen staff were very attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning for a visit to Chikmagalur.
