Good room atmaspiar, good airconditioner, good room service, nearby hotel i have to stay but these facilities are not available like pasupala residency, every thing is good.

Rooms were booked more than 15 days in advance on makemytrip and payment is also done, still such a careless response was not expected, on request within 1-2hrs hotel person arranged rooms based on their checkouts and provided room at 3pm, will never trust makemytrip again, it is my last time with you.

I booked club room and paid also but the room was just ordinary and hotel SRS Regency. no proper room service , no toiletries no ac working during night time. the staff also non cooperative. very very horrible experience. no one should visit this hotel.

No cleanliness. Rooms not cleaned. No bedsheets change. Terrible washrooms almost same as public toilets. Pathetic ambiance you feel like entered an abandoned room. Lights are not working properly. Geyser not working. Cost is too high.

I had reached hotel at 3. 15 am since i was traveling for some work. I had made the bookings prior from makemytrip as it was early morning travel. Once i reached the hotel they said tat the rooms were unavailable as it has been occupied completely. So the question here is whose fault is it? makemytrip or the hotel? and what is makemytrip going to do when such instances happen again in future?
