We stayed for a night. It is a new property, in a good locality. Spacious rooms with good food in the restaurant. Need to do something for the mosquito problem!

Property is located on the Gooty Main Road with easy access and to locate. Has some covered parking which at times may get full and thereafter one may have to park outside. Amenities provided are okay. We had a poor start to our stay. The washroom was not at all clean and had lots of dirt and litter all over the floor left from a cleaning work done there. Housekeeping completely forgot to clean the area but we were given the room! When called, someone came and thoroughly cleaned the floor just like how it should have been before giving us the room. Some flaw in their up keeping services which must be addressed. For everything we had to remind two three times. Staff are polite and helpful.

Relatively new hotel, property location is in the city & room size is quite big. Breakfast is good though there is scope for increasing the menu. Services is where they have very good scope for improvement - hand challenges with hot water availability & had to ask the technician / plumber to attend, Centralized AC doesn't get switched on automatically if power goes & due to frequent power cuts that night, I had to get up twice to switch on the AC.

Location wise this is pretty good, in house restaurant has decent options. Staff is polite however they asked for marriage certificate.

I booked this hotel based on makemytrip's ratings and reviews, but the reality of staying at the hotel is different. Room is not cleaned and there is no hygiene. It is completely covered in dust and ants, and there is water in the room beside beds.
