Unclean and too much delay for even basic stuff. Frustrating stay. We need to keep following up for each and every single thing

Ok hotel. Average in cleaning. Bathroom was average. Mattress was nit upto the standard. Room service is good. Staff very polite. Inhouse restaurant below average.

Property is located on the Gooty Main Road with easy access and to locate. Has some covered parking which at times may get full and thereafter one may have to park outside. Amenities provided are okay. We had a poor start to our stay. The washroom was not at all clean and had lots of dirt and litter all over the floor left from a cleaning work done there. Housekeeping completely forgot to clean the area but we were given the room! When called, someone came and thoroughly cleaned the floor just like how it should have been before giving us the room. Some flaw in their up keeping services which must be addressed. For everything we had to remind two three times. Staff are polite and helpful.

Relatively new hotel, property location is in the city & room size is quite big. Breakfast is good though there is scope for increasing the menu. Services is where they have very good scope for improvement - hand challenges with hot water availability & had to ask the technician / plumber to attend, Centralized AC doesn't get switched on automatically if power goes & due to frequent power cuts that night, I had to get up twice to switch on the AC.
