pleasantly surprised today morning with Ganesh installation. services in hotel were good. would prefer stay here soon.

They have restaurant also and the service is very poor

The location is good in the middle of the town. The property is new, well maintained, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff are well dressed and polite. However, the time taken by housekeeping staff in doing a work was quite long.

A good hotel with decently sized rooms. It is moderately priced too. They have a car park as well. Breakfast is acceptable. The staff is courteous too. Room service is slow and food isn't tasty to my liking.

The room was neat and tidy. However, in the silence of the night, one can hear the sound of wood boring worm eating into the wooden panels on the wall. It was quite annoying and disturbing. I had to switch on the fan to the wood borer noise!

Good location and helpful polite staff. Breakfast spread was well provisioned too. Will definitely consider staying there on next trip.

Poor service

Rooms and restaurant maintained neat and clean. Reception staff are polite and very helpful a special thanks to mrs. Pratyusha against her quick and prompt response.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The service was poor, and there was no proper ventilation or oxygen flow in the room, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the room tiles were damp, likely due to the lack of airflow in the closed room. Overall, it was far below expectations and needs significant improvements. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rooms are average, cleanliness can be improved. Need improvement in morning breakfast, taste is not good and items availability also very less, no varities in breakfast all looks like old food

Location was perfect; courteous staff. Good food and well maintained rooms. Hotel met all of my expectations.
