a clean hotel with easy access in the city..very near to hyderabad highway ...rooms r well maintained..staff is quite helpful...cellar parking is available but not enough spacious ..

The rooms were very small and not comfortable for a family stay

Place was neat and clean and good value for money. Everything is nearby and within reach like restaurants medicine shop grocery shop etc.

Staff member was so corporate good. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. Place was also good We found near bybrestaurants also

Location of the property is very near to NH44, so was convenient for our stay for the night while travelling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. There was no food at th hotel but good restaurants are nearby. They also arrange food from nearby hotels to be delivered in the room.

Very good and clean maintained, new one and in budget. Left available, food on room or above the terrace the restaurant is available

Clean rooms with adequate amenities and very helpful staff and just 100 metres from the highway.

I stayed with my family for a nite while travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Rooms are neat and nice. Near to highway. Good for family.

we had one night stay in the hotel as we needed a break from our journey from Chikmagalur to Hyderabad. it is a very decent hotel. It's neat and clean.

My family and i stayed for a night on our way to bangalore from hyderabad. It is a good transit stop. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was good, though a bit small. The car parking area is small, can fit a maximum of 3 cars at any time with little maneuvering. This place doesn't have a restaurant or own kitchen, but the staff got us food from the nearby tiffin centre as we had booked for complimentary breakfast. You can plan your own options though as there are many breakfast spots on the way. Overall, it is a good option for a transit halt at anantapur, not very far from the hyd-blr highway.

Location of this property is easily accessible and very near to anantapur - hyderabad highway. Perfect for a night stop. They do not offer food but could be easily ordered through swiggy zomato. Rooms were neat and clean.

Very neat and comfortable room. Clean bedsheets and a very clean bathroom. Tv and fridge too provided. Toiletries too provided. We had a very comfortable stay.

I stayed for 1 night with my wife. The hotel is newly constructed and hence is clean. Many storage facility is provided. The staff is good. However the room is too small. There is no floor space to move around. Ladies cannot change their clothes, particularly saree, freely without touching walls or the interior. The washroom is too small, barely sufficient. For the price paid it has fallen short of expectations. Cannot recommend for families. Parking is small and inconvenient. As hotel is new, we could spend the night comfortably. We had stayed there as stopover while traveling from udupi to hyderabad by car.

This small detail could have made a significant difference in the overall comfort of the stay. The rooms themselves were somewhat on the smaller side, but for a one-night stay, they were adequate. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it a suitable choice for travelers passing through the area. The proximity to the main road allows for easy access to various local attractions and eateries, which is a definite plus. My booking experience through makemytrip was seamless, and i appreciated the ease with which i could secure my reservation. However, one area for improvement would be the addition of a cancellation option. Having this feature would provide travelers with greater flexibility and peace of mind, especially when plans may change unexpectedly. Overall, my stay at neem tree hotel was quite satisfactory. Despite the minor issues, i would consider returning for a short visit, given the hotel's cleanliness, good breakfast, and convenient location. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest while traveling through ananthapur.

The room was extremely small to move around. There was hardly any parking space at the basement. Just a couple of cars.

Looks like a new property. Everything was neat and clean. Receptionist was always available on calls.

Hotel was hygiene staff was good and supportive all good prime location near by good hotels also - all services were working good - for the price its the best
