Location is good but room are not clean

We are reached 12.00am in ananthapur o hotal reception met with Room boys they asked room sold out resion for CM meeting very an poor service not stay in the hotal...

Worst service asking money for extra mattress and congested room ,no cleaning worst experience.

Please don't book this place, it's horrible no neatness, bad smell, full of dust, nothing is clean and tidy, don't book Oyo only in Anantapur as the services are not good infact to be specific worst nothing is provided nor food nor toiletries. Stay is budget friendly. The room and washroom are very neat. Hot water and air conditioning are too good.

These hotel people said no rooms available when we reached there .. I have done booking one day before.

I stayed here for one night as I had an exam the next morning. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.. Google Maps showed the wrong location, which delayed my arrival. The blanket had a strong, unwashed smell. The ceiling fan made unbearable whirring and grinding noises, and the air conditioner was leaking water directly onto the bed. I had to place a mug to collect the dripping water. By 2:00 AM, the AC stopped working completely, and I had no choice but to rely on the noisy fan. I couldn’t sleep until 3:00 AM and had to wake up by 5:45 AM for my exam — it was exhausting. I sincerely request the hotel management to address these maintenance issues so future guests don’t face the same problems

This stay was very terrible rooms are not clean toilets are not clean bed also not good and bad smell cames in room there is no bed sheet and water also not provided tv is not working wifi not available ceiling fans are sounds loud and breakfast also not available while booking this one they shows are are available but practically not available worst management.

Pathetic amenities and services. The staff are rogue and drunk. They threatened my wife and kids and we were forced to leave the hotel. The hotel is highly unhygienic and shabby. Never go to this hotel.

It was horrible No washed bed sheets , stinking room , no cleaned buckets , no soaps or basic toiletries . Horrible response from staff , if asked for anything the reply was ask your necessities on online platform and not here . Was told if you want to stay or else you can leave .. Pathetic

The pin of the hotel location in the Google maps is wrong and it points to a location inside APSRTC bus depot! Though the room is big, it is in poor maintenance. The key given to me for my room is broken and I struggled to open the door lock every time. The AC did not work and its remote was non-functional. No remote was given for TV set-top box. So, I could not watch TV. The flush of the commode worked intermittently. There was no mirror in the bathroom for shaving. The bathroom door doesn't close! The fan made loud noise.

Totally filthy rooms - no towels, no soaps, bathroom door was rotten and wouldn't close, bed sheets and pillow covers were stained beyond belief, no parking, no drinking water, the windows were no mosquito proofed and there were many in the room, very noisy during the night.
