The cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is really good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with customers, which makes the stay comfortable. However, I would suggest fixing the bathroom flush to make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay.

There is not at all a good service. They don’t even bother about guest luggage and other things. Cleanliness is the worst part of the hotel. Didn’t like at all. No responsive stop. Not at all recommended.

Location is very near to ashram. So very good. But TV, lift not working. Can improve other facilities like complimentary breakfast, hot water for making tea with few milk, tea, coffee sachets. No glass to drink water. New Hotel but water leakages in bathroom. Overall average.

Sairam...This is my 2nd time stay at Om Hotel, Puttaparthi.Room is neat & good but pipes & fittings are old with rust.Otherwise, everything is fine.You can book in advance only in festival season.On normal days rooms are available.Standard ac room costs Rs.1500/- per night.Nearby Hotels with air-conditioned room costs 2000 to 2500.Om Hotel is located nearby Prasanthinilayam at a walkable distance of around 100 metres only"

The hotel is situated in the heart of Puttaparthi. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms can be a little more clean

The location is very good. They do not serve food in this hotel. The washroom and room were fairly clean.

Everything was excellent and well taken care of. The staff and owner of the place were very helpful and kind.

The photos shared is different from the room offered. It is too small with all sort of inconvenience such as defective ac, untidy buckets etc, very disappointed with the stay.

Hotel aum was good and nearby the ashram. Separate geyser for hot water was provided in the room as also clean bed and two fresh towels. Cable tv was also there in the room and so was 2 mineral water bottles for my use. Restaurant was not there in the hotel which was a big disadvantage. However my stay was good and pleasant and i wasn't disturbed throughout my stay. I would give hotel aum 4 stars.

Location is good and service wise good but no food in hotel as well as electronic instruments are bit old sometimes they work and sometimes dont. If they work on upkeep of instruments it will be really good.
