Hotel Bala Regency

Hotel is located at ideal & strategic location, though the room is quite spacious some what i did not feel like comfortable stay. maintanance of hotel / room / washrooms are very poor, even house keeping is also very bad, night food was quite good. therewas a cattle for preparation for coffee / tea but there was no sugar, milk powder for which we have to call the reception. being a THREE STAR RATED hotel it is not good. I feel all the staff / personnels may require FIVE "S" training (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—to create a clean, organized, and efficient workplace) Though the security are there they simply sit at one place and they wont guide where to park the car and they wont give the signs and signals during parking, because the parking is at basement floor, where there are lot of pillars and chances are more hitting the same. overall i was not happy stay at ROOM. the showers and Shower Tube (Pipe For Hand Faucet In Toilet & Bathroom) was clogged hence no free water supply. especially thy have to give much importance in cleaniness and maintanance of washrooms.

Rooms are with cockroaches, No proper water in the toilet flush, mosquito 🦟 , a horrible stay. Not 🚫 advisable

Good stay. They don't refill complementary milk powder and daily quota of water. They need a lot of follow up. Not sure if their management is aware of this.

The rooms are very poor maintained, sticking, Towels are very dirty.

Location ok , food ok , amenities ok but room number 502 requires window repairs as rain water entered the room . TV remote and Telephone not in good condition

No proper room service, they didn't even give the water bottle until i asked them in the next day

actually in the term condition did not mention that early check in they will charge I had to pay to the hotel , and 6th June 2025 I have bus i clearly mention 12 pm again I have taken 1 days stay paid . please mention the timing what will be check In timings , out in timming I really lost money here . Sorry . The cockroaches are in the restroom and near cabinet

The location of the hotel is good and is in the key area of the city. But rest everything is not good. The room is very pricey for what it offers. The room is old and needs maintenance and upkeep. Washrooms are not up to the expected level. Some of the AC functions were not working. Restaurant is a separate unit, and it gave the feeling of a bar. Good quality and hygiene in the restaurant were strictly average.

The property is good, but the food is very costly; they should reduce the cost of food a little bit.

hotel good had we would appriciate a small extension of an hour since coming from long distance and with family likely to use washroom before leaving city. overall nice stay ac fan were working good considering hot place like Ballari

One of the worst Experience , blankets and towels are not clean. Bathroom are not hygiene, receptionist bhaskar was very rude and behaved in rowdy style. too costly , no breakfast, I won't recommend to business and corporate traveller and also clear no to family traveller with female guest due to the rude and inappropriate behaviour of Bhaskar

The hotel was horrible. I have seen cockroaches in my room. Not worth the price Parking area of the hotel is horrible. Its a cellar with hotel trash everywhere

room and washroom need upgrade. the lighting in room was very dull. special attention need in washroom even the room is stuck. not worth the money spent.

Average hotel with high price

I traveled as a business traveller.The hotel and the staff are very courteous and co operative. The food served is good and the stay was satisfying.

It was a pleasant stay. Nothing fancy, but the room, bed and toilet were all clean.

Hotel is good for stay however restaurant food is too costly and taste was not satisfactory. Room is cleaned ever-day by housekeeping staff. Ventilation is also good. U will find maced, pizza hut t and dominos nearby to hotel and max showroom as well.
