Room are goods, staff also good. clean room, everything well. arrange food yourself, a veg restaurant available in ground floor

AC is not working properly with loud sound & very bad smell but service is good.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. Not only was the service extremely poor, but the environment itself was unsafe for families. There is a wine shop located on the ground floor near the parking area, which attracts all kinds of people late into the night. My wife and children felt very uncomfortable and unsafe every time we had to pass through. The locality around the hotel also looked shady, almost like a drug hub, which made us regret booking this place. On top of that, Noise and disturbance continued late into the night. This hotel is not suitable for families and fails in both safety and hospitality. For the price they charge, it is absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise avoiding this property altogether. Families, please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Neat and Clean. Staff help with smile. location close to rly stn and bus stand. Breakfast good but in house dining could add benefit to this property. overall good experience

I have been a MMT user for many years. After checking in and on entering the allotted rooms I was shocked that the rooms were not having any airconditioning. Immediately rushed to reception and asked them why. They claimed that my booking was for non-ac room which I never was aware of. I never imagined too. Your description of property details showed airconditioning. Moreover, I could not have imagined in a place like Bellary how can we have comfortable sleep in a non -AC room. The reception flatly refused to even upgrade to AC with extra payment. This was a great disappointment, esp when they claimed to be a new hotel.

Very near to the bus stand and it’s very convenient to go to hotel.. New building as of now it’s clean.. but food is very average, to be improved.

All fine. Should provide shaving kit, comb like some necessary items. Water leakage in the wash basin. Overall it's satisfying.

Hotel is good and newly builded but in reception staff not good and I booked deluxe twin bed but they give double bed saying that hotel is full when we booking they have to kept twin bed rate rate also high they taken and No WiFi and room staff also bad attitude not response properly
